What types of items do you remove?
We remove a wide variety of household, commercial, and construction materials. However, for safety and legal reasons, we do NOT accept hazardous materials such as chemicals, paints, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, explosives, firearms, tires, or items requiring special disposal permits.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. YOUPOINT Removal & Hauling Services LLC is fully licensed and insured to operate in Pierce County and surrounding areas. This protects our employees, customers, and property during every job.
How do you price your service?
Our pricing is based on the volume and type of materials removed, labor required, and disposal costs. We provide transparent, upfront estimates with no hidden fees.
Do you provide same-day or next-day service?
Yes, we offer same-day and next-day service whenever possible. Availability depends on our schedule and your location—give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer free estimates or quotes?
Absolutely! We offer free estimates either by phone, online, or in person. However, please note that for in-person estimates exceeding 20 miles from our base in Pierce County, a $40 travel fee applies to cover fuel and time.

Can you remove hazardous materials?
We do not handle hazardous materials like chemicals, asbestos, or biohazards. For safety and legal compliance, we recommend working with certified professionals for those materials.
Do you recycle or donate items?
Yes! We do our best to recycle or donate usable items whenever possible, supporting local charities and reducing landfill waste.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. For larger jobs, we also offer invoicing with NET 15 or NET 30 payment terms. Please note that for payment terms beyond NET 30, negotiation and a down payment are required.
Do you work with residential and commercial clients?
Yes, we proudly serve both residential and commercial clients. Whether you’re a homeowner, property manager, or business owner, we’re here to help with your removal and hauling needs.
Can you handle last-minute or urgent jobs?
We understand that urgent needs can come up. While availability depends on our schedule, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work to find a solution.

Things We Do Not Do

Electrical disconnection or installation (unless performed by licensed professionals arranged separately)

Plumbing disconnection or handling of sewer-related materials

Work in areas with active rodent, insect, or pest infestations (unless pre-treated in advance)

Hoisting or removal from non-ADA compliant stairs or rooftops without proper equipment

Deep or forensic bio-cleaning, including crime scenes or hoarder homes with biological hazards

Unauthorized access to locked spaces or storage units

Removal of materials from properties without verified owner or tenant permission and signed Service Agreements and Contracts​
Note:
We do not perform demolition services at this time, but we’re happy to refer you to a trusted company that specializes in that work.

Enter unsafe environments without proper PPE or safety clearance

Discriminate, harass, or engage in unethical conduct on-site

Bypass legal requirements or municipal codes for disposal

Accept illegal dumping requests or off-the-books work

Work under physical or verbal threats or unsafe customer conditions

Transport waste to unlicensed or non-compliant facilities

Allow minors or unauthorized persons to assist on-site

Participate in unlawful eviction cleanouts without proper documentation
