Welcome to YOUPOINT Removal & Hauling Services LLC. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

YOUPOINT Removal & Hauling Services LLC offers junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Pierce County and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, or prohibited items (see full prohibited list on our site).

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All estimates are based on volume, weight, access, and labor time.

  • Final pricing is confirmed on-site and must be approved before service begins.

  • Additional fees may apply for stairs, long-distance hauls, or restricted access.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless prior arrangements are made.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and invoicing (NET 15 terms for approved commercial accounts only).

  • Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee per 15-day period past the due date.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee.

  • Emergency services or after-hours calls may incur non-refundable deposits.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about items and site conditions

  • Securing pets and ensuring a safe working environment

  • Being present or having a designated decision-maker available during the job

  • Confirming which items should be taken (we are not liable for items removed in error if not clearly marked or communicated)

6. Limitation of Liability

YOUPOINT Removal & Hauling Services LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage to landscaping, driveways, or surfaces caused by standard use of trucks or trailers (unless gross negligence is proven)

  • Hidden hazards on property such as nails, sharp objects, or structural weaknesses

  • Injury caused by customer interference or unsafe conditions not disclosed beforehand

7. Prohibited Materials

We do not accept:

  • Hazardous waste (e.g. paint, chemicals, asbestos)

  • Explosives or ammunition

  • Medical or biological waste

  • Human or animal remains

  • Any item prohibited by Washington State law or local municipal codes

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logo, text, graphics, and images) is the property of YOUPOINT Removal & Hauling Services LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Changes to Terms
